Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 10-14 business days generally, and 6-8 weeks for Carbon Fibre parts (if not in stock). Flat rate shipping fee of $15 applies to orders shipping Australia wide (excludes bulky items). We do not ship outside of Australia at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $15 flat rate shipping Australia wide (excludes bulky items).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
At this time, we do not ship outside of Australia

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@mostwantedperformance.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these situations on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
